JON AND KATE COULD HAVE USED STRESS JUDO

Jon and Kate Gosselin are going through a divorce. It's actually not that big a deal, since thousands of people go through divorce every day. But Jon and Kate have 8 kids and they are on TV and that makes them relevant to your life. Not really, except that people are talking about them and divorce and the effect of reality TV on people in reality TV shows.

And so are we!

STRESS JUDO wanted to see if our Black Belt stress management system could have helkped them. Here is the article.

Here is the link to STRESS JUDO's 2 free reports, 1 describing the 12 component Black Belt system, and another detailing the bad health effects of stress.

STRESS MANAGEMENT: How To Have It All

I've been following a blog called STRESS JUDO for a while. I hope you have too. It's a different approach to stress management. It attacks stress. Treats it like the enemy and tries to destroy it.
Well, there's a new post over there called STRESS MANAGEMENT OR STRESS REDUCTION? WHY NOT BOTH? It's really eye-opening. It's refreshing to find someone who doesn't turn this into an either-or or a us-vs-them approach.
Check out the post, it is really interesting. Then go to the STRESS JUDO website and get the FREE reports!
